- JOJoshua OvertonApr 21, 20261.0Visiting the post office is always one of the worst experiences and this location was no different. The staff were not only rude to me but nearly every single person before me. Just one of the reasons I do crying I can to avoid using the USPS.
- BBB BaqApr 15, 20261.0A clerk named Linda "helped" me today, and to say help is a huge stretch. I was a little confused on what I needed, mailing things isn't something I've done alot of so I was asking questions and Linda was short, rude and not helpful. The other clerk was so nice and helping others, all the while when I was confused Linda brushed me off and just acted like I was annoying. Whats most annoying is these clerks are paid to help customers and they act like it's an inconvenience to do their job. Terrible customer service.

The clerk showed me three options, and I chose fast shipping expecting better service. There was nothing fast about it, and on top of that, no refund was offered. Very misleading and terrible service. Complete waste of money. I do not recommend USPS fast shipping.
