    Tiffany is amazing. Went in Saturday morning. It was busy. She juggled customers like a pro. Very personable and very efficient.

    I was greeted with very friendly employees. Two of them helped me get a passport photo taken and were kind and cheerful while doing so. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

    Im a business owner, and I return a lot of items to Amazon. But this store goes above and beyond to please their customers! This manager Tiffany knows everything to get the job done, when Noone else could or would, she got my package returned and know when i got there, I ask for Tiffany! I guess she a manager, well she should be! Go team Tiffany!!!!!!!

    A little frustrating incident, but not a crucial situation: The first server told me they couldn't mail to PO box but after sitting in my car to consider the nearest post office I went back in. A second server said, "no problem, I just print a location label for another envelope and put your envelope in it".

    Now I know they probably don't want to hear this but they've earned it consistently. This is 75% of terrible store run by overwork underpaid and harassed employees. They treat the customers like crap and their bosses treat them like crap it's just the way the store is This is a lifeline for Midwest City and it's just too bad that they allow this kind of a place to run like this it's just sad. Not sure who owns this place but you should take better care of your people and your establishment. residents of this city deserve better than this.
