She smiled and greeted us and asked if we needed help. We did. We had never been in before and had no idea how to use the return system. She was very helpful and polite. I've not experienced this level of service in a long long time. We were so impressed , we actually went back to get her name. Way to go UPS store for having Tiffany work at your store!
