You are a postal worker, not God. I'm working on getting Bryan county assign me a designated address to get mail at home and I'll be shutting down my PO box. Any more crap and I'm complaining up your chain of command.

But I was able to call them and they located where they had delivered it and got it back to me the same day! I’m very grateful for them going above and beyond to correct the mistake.

If the the actual uppers would leave things alone they will remain this way. They have already started putting all calls through a national call system that puts you on hold for over an hour at a time. Luckily, you can still go into the office and speak to them.
