- RRRyan RhodesAug 26, 20261.0Packages ALWAYS get lost as soon as they end up here for some reason. I track them perfectly fine but as soon as it says it's arrived here, I already know its not showing up because they've lost it. has happened several times now.
- KKKandace KundertJul 14, 20261.0I paid $13 to get a letter to Dallas in 2 days- which it could get there in that amount of time normally but I wanted to make sure he got it in time- and of course bc these people are incompetent, it went to Tulsa, then OKC, then Coppell Texas, then Dallas and was delivered a day late so it did not make it there in time and I wasted money! Best time I'll drive it down, at least then I know it will get there in a timely fashion...

It had been sent to the wrong address, but they were able to retrieve the package and bring it back to me almost immediately. The man I spoke with on the phone, Jeremy, was very helpful and kind, and made sure my package got to me.
