- LHLong HerMar 16, 20261.0Worst experience ever at any post office. Sent a package out with clearly written "from and to" Had the package sent back to me a weekend later. I went back in to get told it was my fault for not doing their job and i had to pay to get my package shipped out again for their mistake. The workers are lazy and unprofessional at this location. Know i know why this place only gets 2 stars. First and last time for me here

My son had a PKG, went to post office to pick up, lady said " it's in the back but I can't scan it in, I'm busy" the next day she sent it back. We got pkgs before, then I had a PKG delivered (seen it where they said, " not delivered no box" we have a mailbox outside our fence!! My husband had to pick it up for me before they sent it back! He told them we have a box, n PKGs delivered before, why did they not leave it! They are lazy!!
- JEJackie EaglesSep 1, 20211.0We have so many problems getting our packages, they leave notices saying they attempted to deliver but the notice is written before they even arrive! They don’t make the effort and when we called to ask about it, she said they are in a car and don’t have room….. first that’s not my problem, I didn’t hire someone who is not able to perform the job properly!! Second some of these packages are small and would fit in the mail box. They left a notice one time saying my mail box was full… they attached it to the one piece of mail that was in it lol. This wouldn’t be so much of an issue except they open and close when they want, we go to pick the package up during business hours and they are locked up for the day!! Today they didn’t deliver my fertilized eggs saying the box was full or it was oversized again… it’s a dozen eggs! These are time sensitive packages and I only hope they don’t close early so he can pick them up…
