  Your employees are so helpful. I had an awkward return, a weed eater, i located a box that it almost would fit in. It was bigger around, then what need be, your emoloyee Immanuel, helped me cut the box down and made the weed eater fit in it. Thank you to a super nice employee. Employees like him are hard to find. I hope you observe his go above and beyond duty. Thank you to a great guy.

  The Customer Service attendant at the counter made it seem like I was an inconvenience because I didn’t use the kiosk for my Amazon return. She said “I’ll do it for you this time”. I don’t work there and will not use the kiosk…ever. Amazon instructions say that any customer service person will help, so that is what I expect. I already have to drive 30 minutes to get there. I’m not looking to do anyone’s job for them.

  Very nice employees every time I go. It’s quick you’re in n out fast. Always helpful even if you’re using the self return machines.

  Vicki was outstanding and very helpful! She helped with a package situation and did it with a smile on her face! We need more Vicki’s in the customer service world!
