  When I first placed an order for my package it was not delivered to my address. I went up here to the ups store they said they don't have my package and to call this number for customer service 800-724-5877. When I got on the phone the guy proceeded to say it was undeliverable because I wasn't the owner of the home I stay in. Then said they could deliver it tomorrow or send it to the ups for another 7.50 charge. Which I said no to, I have no idea in the world why I would have to pay more for something I already paid for. They never got it delivered! I called the ups store again a lady said there's nothing they could do about it and said they are an entirely different entity from the delivery driver's. So I called the customer service number again and the girl told me they couldn't deliver the package and are sending it back. ( I knew this already and could see it on my end.) She also said I did nothing or changed nothing to tell the driver where to go. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I changed the zip code to the correct zip code in the app, everything else looked fine. I tried calling, and nothing seems to happen. I reordered my package and sent it to the ups store directly just for them to tell me they sent it back because I don't have a locker with them. This system is absolutely ridiculous 🙄 and I'm more than irritatied. I never had this problem in texas!

  Yvonne, Jim, Jesse and the entire UPS team are the very best. I've worked with them for over 10 years and I should have given them 5 starts every single year because they have certainly earned that and more. I've never worked with a company who is 100% accurate, 100% of the time. Customer service and communication is not only outstanding, but they are kind and considerate as well! Keep up the great work UPS...you are a shining star in our community.

  When they open at noon, if your in a hurry don't expect them to open at noon. They will turn the inside lights on at noon, but the door doesn't get opened till 12:01.
