They would not take the time to answer my questions or actually help me with what I needed. Instead, they kept telling me to do everything online instead of assisting me in person. I tried explaining my situation, but they wouldn’t really listen or hear me out. The employees were rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome even though the store was not busy.
