  The staffs are really helpful and I recommend everyone to this place to have your paper job done here! There was one time I stayed there for 2 hours to get my paper cut, and the staff would help the customer to figure out the cheapest way to get the paper job done (owners please do not fire those staffs, these staffs are what customers need)

  Kristen in the Staples Print Department was absolutely amazing. She helped us with the flyers and posters for a memorial service and made the entire process completely hassle-free during a time when we already had so much going on. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and paid close attention to every detail. She even made sure we upgraded the backing on our posters so we wouldn’t run into any issues, which is something we never would have thought about ourselves. That extra attention and genuine care meant a lot to us. Kristen truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her help. Highly recommend her and the Staples Print Department!

  If I could do 0 stars, I would. Used this location for UPS access point and if you want to do the same I wouldnt bother. They act like it is the most inconvenient task you could ask them to do. They told me everytime my package was "too large" even though it fits what the dimensions online say. They tell me I have been using only the store's address and not using the UPS access point website, which is untrue. It allows me to select them as an access point, and if they dont want to be an A.P, they need to remove them from the list. They refused my package which I shipped to them following the rules and have directly interfered with my income. Every single employee I have interacted with has no customer service. One of the male employees smiled and laughed in my face after telling me he refused my package. Will never use them for business again and with the company already struggling as is, that store definitely doesnt help!
