I live literally down the road from the post office and they won't deliver to my address because it was never put on a route. I eventually got a PO BOX but most company's require I use my physical address to setup accounts and my mail is coming back to them undeliverable because the ladies at the post office refuse to add my address to a route, so it's recognized by usps or to just put my mail in the po box. I never imagined having so many issues trying to receive mail. Is it really that complicated? Why do I need to pay for a po box when you can literally walk to my house from the post office? Am I asking too much of a simple service? like its obvious they know who I am because they constantly either refuse my mail or write change address on it. I have already done a change of address and sometimes people don't accept po boxes!!! Also they take several days to give me notice that they have a package too large for the locker and I can't even pick it up unless i take off from work because they are only open from like 8-4?? how is anyone supposed to pick up their package if they are always closed? Worst post office EVER!!
