- KHKiara HMay 20, 20261.0Phone calls are never answered, and the automated system does not provide any way to speak with a real person. I was previously told that if I called once a month, I could continue having my mail held due to ongoing mail theft concerns. However, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone, which has forced me to repeatedly drive to Guthrie in person just to handle something that should be able to be resolved over the phone.
