  I have been waiting 10 days over the date that my package was delivered and still they don't have anything for me... What is actually going on??

  called to ask if a package I sent had been picked up, was told at first by the employee that he could not give out that info even though I’m the one who sent the package. Put me on hold for about 5 mins and then proceeds to ask me questions about said package and tells me that it’s in their system and has not been picked up. The person I sent it to for whatever reason can’t get onto the base, regardless I asked to have it shipped to the ups store a couple miles down from them and he told me it would be almost the same amount I had spent to ship it from Tulsa or he could refuse the package and have it sent back. I had been trying to call the store for the last 3 days during business hours from 1-2 pm (tues, wed, and thur) finally had someone answer Friday. After all the phone calls and someone finally answers but try’s to blow me off saying they can’t give me any info on my own package. Don’t send packages here
