  Horrible experience. My father paid $120 to overnight a small package to me for a Saturday arrival. The package didn’t come until Monday, so he called the store and was told the store would file a claim for him with UPS to be refunded. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks he called back and was told by a woman that she would look into it right away and call him back. No call. This happened 3 more times with no call back. He called again. This time he was told it was past the 15 day window to file a claim and there is nothing he can do. Unbelievable.

  Shipped a $1,000 mirror with them. Was told it’d be packed by the employee properly to avoid damage. When the buyer received it, it was destroyed. They sent pictures and it was wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap top and bottom completely exposed. Emailed the store and manager offered no help/apology just a smudge “thank you.” At the end of our meaningless phone call. Manager is a joke and doesn’t care. Do not use these guys there are way better options in Edmond. This ups was amazing before I’m not sure if they got new ownership/management but the current is a complete joke. The effective ness of the employees starts with management and she is awful no wonder this happened. She also said her employees are trained to pack shipments. Clearly not when they pack a 50 lb mirror with one sheet of bubble wrap. With the tip and bottom with absolutely little to none protection. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST

  Did I miss the memo on greeting people as they come in the store and letting a line of customers know someone would be with them shortly? I realize courtesy died with whatever generation is employed here, but good grief! It's never out of style to say hello and thank you.
