  Manager Devian and assistant Delilah were absolutely wonderful. Devon for sure always is. He is so very helpful and never makes anybody feel like they should know how the process works when they/we are confused. Thank you so much for hiring such a nice, welcoming, and helpful manager.

  I have been going to my local UPS Store for years, and I have **never** experienced customer service like I have with these two amazing people! Every time I walk in, they are friendly, respectful, professional, and always smiling. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my printing projects turn out exactly how I envisioned. I've used other UPS Stores and several different shipping and printing companies, and I've often left feeling frustrated—whether it was unexpected resizing fees, expedited printing charges, or being told I had to submit an online order before anyone could even answer my questions. Not here. At this UPS Store, I can simply email my files or walk in, and I know they'll help me get exactly what I need at a fair price, within a reasonable timeframe, and with the kind of welcoming attitude that's hard to find these days. A huge thank you to **A.J. Mendez, Print Specialist**, and **Deveion Anderson, Manager**. Your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for your customers do not go unnoticed. You both deserve recognition for the incredible job you do. Thank you for making every experience such a positive one—you truly are the best!

  Walked in the store on two seperate occasions, rude staff both times. Not helpful, I heard someone at my office saying the same thing today and decided my family will not be using this location.
