  Shipping a simple ball cap to a friend in Canada. They were having a problem with the zip code, said it didn’t match the city. I pulled it up on Google Maps to show them and they finally realized it was a good address. (Don’t know what actually clued them in, since it was the same address I presented to them.) Then came the bigger problem. They asked specifically what it was and I told them specifically what it was. (I’m not gonna say because this will turn into a political debate and loose sight of the entire situation.) only when they knew the precise contents, obstacles set in. I had to have customs papers, 3 copies of an invoice, receipt, all placed inside the box because it was a package going to Canada. I did not realize Canada searched each and every letter and package that entered their country, needing 3 copies of an invoice and receipt for the hat specifically in the box. Inside the box! The lady told me it would never make it through customs if I didn’t have all this paperwork. Naturally I became frustrated and left. Went to the post office and told them the problems I was having with The UPS store, and the counter guy looked at me like I was crazy. He handed me an international shipping paper and said fill this out, that’ll be $43.00. I said “that’s it?” “Yes,” he said. Why different protocols for the same item being shipped?

  The manager called and threatened to have me arrested because I wasn’t happy with the service at the Sherman Tx store she became highly aggressive and accused me of screaming and hung up on me not sure what she has to do with the Sherman store but she definitely isn’t friendly or helpful

  I needed to return a company laptop. My supervisor called the day before and confirmed that they will ship based on a company account. Next day at 8am I took an uber and after scanning the laptop the rep had to call someone to get assistance. I was told they can't do it and come back later. No indication when their issue will be fixed. Wasted time, wasted money, and zero evidence to show my employer that I attempted the return.

  I've used this store multiple times. Everytime staff were very helpful. Usually in & out in 5 minutes.
