- CSConnie StacyJul 28, 20265.0Sent a letter out priority mail 07/20, paid the $12.90 to track it since going to a PO Box, then I LOST the tracking number! I went in today, 07/28, apologized and asked if they could do me a favor and find my tracking number since I had found out it had not yet been received. I couldn’t believe how nice they were. The nice guy who was in the front said he didn’t have access since he had not done the transaction, asked someone in an office, I assume maybe a postmaster since she had access. Angie came out and went through records from 07/20 and found it from the bit of information I did have, then even tracked it for me! So nice and helpful.

- BPBrimstone PrayerJun 4, 20261.0There is nothing worse than expecting a package and following the tracking number only to find out it says delivered, but there is nothing there no picture no package nothing. Then have to go through a phone system that dosent do anything to help you. I don't use the USPS service because they are never on time and it's a act of congress to get any answers. The business used them to send my package and now I have to wait longer for something I should have got on time. Horrible service and delivery.

Worst part, I can’t file claims because they claim GPS on scan says delivered to correct address. If that’s the case and it’s not actually there and my cameras do not show a package actually being delivered, I assume the driver is doing something suspicious.
