They won't deliver my packages in the large mail bin at the kiosk they say bcuz someone breaks into them. And they won't deliver to my door even though it's only 30 ft from the kiosk. They say because I live in an apartment. Also if it's snowing or raining very hard, they won't even deliver mail! So much for their "we deliver in rain, sleet hail motto. AND THEY ARE RUDE ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
