  I went to the location at 1560 W Tucson Street to send off a document. I had the QR code for the shipping label and the email saying that all I had to do was give them the document and scan the QR code, the shipping was paid for by the receiving company and UPS would provide the envelope. When I took the document to the counter, showed the email to the worker and explained that the shipping was paid, the worker said I would still have to pay $1.50 or something for them to actually print the label… then I was told that I would have to buy an envelope also… That was not what the email said. I thanked them and walked out with my document. I drove to the location at 1216 E Kenosha Street, handed them the document, showed the QR code and email, they printed the label, stuck it in their envelope and I walked out…no questions asked and I didn’t have to pay to print the label or buy the envelope…Not sure what was going on with the location at 1560 W Tucson Steet.

  Staff is extremely rude! Telling a customer it is what it is is inappropriate! Try explaining the issue isnt of going to the other register and ignoring your customer!

  I really wanted to give this place my business since it’s conveniently located. I’ve been several times but I won’t be returning. The staff is at best indifferent and at worst, downright rude. I would recommend going to any other UPS store ( the one at Mingo and 101st has universally nice and professional staff). This is one of the few places where I wish Google would let you leave ZERO stars.
