- AHAdam HawkinsJun 24, 20265.0This is a tough one because the Store Manager Ken was very kind and helpful but the people in charge of freight have no idea what they are doing and the customer service you will find online or on the phone is horrid. Kudos to Ken but FedEx sucks. My package was in Broken Arrow this morning, they then put my package back on the truck amd took it to Kansas City, MO. So that it could be put back on another truck and delivered back to Broken Arrow.
