They were very rude and often hung up in the middle of my sentences, even saying that there was nothing they could do about problems they could easily solve. Just very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

Not everyone is having a bad day Shane so don't share yours. I hope the nice lady that you almost made cry file's a complaint because I sure am.
