- CHChris HawkinsAug 26, 20261.0Delivery driver didn’t deliver mail. He said that the mailbox was blocked with a lawn crew. Reviewed our security cameras and it was far from the truth. Went to the post office Neal and Pam were very unprofessional. Pam stated that unless I had proof of what I was saying then she would have to believe the mail carrier. Tried to show her the video and she got very defensive and walked off. Asked to speak to Postmaster and it was stated he was in OKC.

Whenever I go down there to talk to someone they just say my neighborhood is on the list for them to go by and assign service too. It’s ridiculous.
