- ESEdith SnyderMay 13, 20261.0I went to the bartlesville location to have a title notarized and because we had filled in the purchaser info (No signature required), Katie Blanchard refused to notarize the title even though the authorized parties were present with identification. Went directly to the tag office and they notarized the title and thought my experience strange as well.

Because i signed it at the cent desk. also can prove it was me and I approve of the signature both parties were present. Very lazy. there was no reason to refuse a PUBLIC SERVICE from a public servant her name was Katie Blanchard and I will ne reporting the notary.
- AAAndreaMay 4, 20262.0This store used to be amazing, for years we never had a single issue. Now there is a new manager, and constantly new employees. This is the second time within a couple months that my package showed as never received, even though I had dropped it off at the location and gotten a receipt. I called this morning to ask why again it doesn't show the package was received. The woman on the phone was super rude and short and basically told me I had to deal with it because they are training new people and this just happens sometimes. Said something about bins have to be full before they will scan them in. Then just stopped talking. I said ok thank you, she just went dead air till I said goodbye, then she said bye. I don't know if it's an issue with the new manager or what but it's to the point we are probably taking our business elsewhere.
