Found out that’s it’s going to be delivered today December 30th. This package is actually a Christmas gift for my dad, And I am leaving town this morning for our Christmas. I arrived at the post office 45 minutes early. Hoping to get somebody that would let me have my package before I leave town. And the lady at the counter said that the rural carrier had already loaded the package and would not get it out for me. I mentioned that I am leaving town and this is a gift for my dad. They would not give me my package, told me I would have to wait for it to get delivered. Now if this is not some great customer service, I do not know what is. Especially during the Holidays. Maybe I’m more upset than I should be; however, I’m still upset. Just thinking if a normal business had customer service like this, wouldn’t stay in business very long!
