- LELeah EJul 25, 20261.0Came here for my passport appointment and the lady who waited on me was so rude. She had no manners whatsoever. While she was checking my passport and matching it with the birth certificate she was on her phone. So unprofessional, will definitely be avoiding this place after that. 🤮She is so rude. Had a headband on with a tight bun, don't know her name but sounds like people have problems here also

The men around seem like 🤖, no facial expression. Have yet to come in & Ronda not be there. I'll walk out & return when she is! Appreciate people & be kind, be extra amazing, like Ronda!
