- NENikki EnaultSep 10, 20231.0A full on joke. I called multiple times to complain about a Mail man (man older than dirt) refusing to deliver my mail and all debrah can say is “I’ll talk to him”. She wouldn’t let me file a report or even get back to me. I had a change of address and they delivered mail for two weeks then forwarded things with my NEW address on it They then sent my mail back to original sender wasting more resources and money after saying it will come to me.

Customer centric, friendly and a "nothing is too much trouble to do" attitude is why I vote this branch the best I have ever seen (and I've lived in 5 states). They even post a "word of the day" as an ice breaker to peak the customers interest and start a conversation. My wife drives 6 miles and right by 2 other USPS branches just to come to this location and be treated like a customer "in the old days." The condition of the facility is very clean and they always have an abundant supply of products on the shelves. I started coming here instead of a closer branch a couple of years ago and couldn't believe it. Now our staff chooses to come here as well. All in all a 5 Star rating.
