He was very ignorant and literally said “ I’m not getting rich off of a service call, do you want me come out or not” after explaining how I have waited for a call back for a few days. Mark explained that I should “ check my voice mail” after I had personally spoke to the receptionist Dolly several times and explained I haven’t received a call. Mark displayed awful customer service and I will not recommend to anyone. Dolly was very nice.
