Main St. Xenia, Ohio, Post Master Maleah helped me greatly with my Handicap issue, and the one handicap only parking spot, I am an excellent, kind Customer, with extreme pain in my legs, painful difficulty walking, that goes there frequently to get stamps and to mail my important, personal, family letters out! Thank you so much to a hard working, kind, caring, professional, and respectful Post Master Maleah!! Also, thank you to kind and professional Window Clerk, Ms. Esther! Post Master Maleah really cares and respects and listens to your words about getting safe access, as a Handicap person, to the US Post Office, at 189 E. The staff members we have dealt with have been nice, helpful, and prompt. We have not had any major issues with mailing packages, processing items, or getting basic postal services taken care of. The processing has been fine, and our visits have generally been smooth and straightforward. Post offices can be hit or miss depending on timing, staffing, and how busy they are, but this location has worked well for us. Based on our visits, I would not hesitate to keep using this office when I need USPS services in the area.
