  I was there this morning sending some amazon back. There was only one person working the desk and there were probably 8 people waiting. I took awhile with my order alone. The employee had a question about another order and I guess it was the manager who came out and helped her but then left. It wasn’t hard for her to see there were people waiting and getting upset but apparently she didn’t care. The services was terrible!

  Went last week and was met by the nicest clerk EVER she was very quick and efficient and had a wonderful conversation with me while there, Kyla seriously deserves a raise.

  Very slow, won’t be returning. Shouldn’t have to wait in line for 30-45mins to drop off a package that is already boxed and labeled.

  Was there this week mailing out a rug that didnt fit my room Amazonsent it folded like it was a comforter and shipped it in a box that wasn't even taped good. You could put your arm inside the box if I wanted to. I wasn't sure if I needed to put my address inside of the box so I left it open and brought it in, waited in line for about 10 mins. The box was all beat up and delivered like that to me. I cant believe UPS charged me $2 for two strips of tape! I even told them I brought a roll of tape with me. And I cant believe Amazon would ship a box in that condition
