Long Amazon return line with several employees standing around watching the line grow longer, and whoever the brunette lady is at the ups counter has a horrible attitude. She got an attitude with me for not knowing where to return the Amazon item, and she had an attitude with the elderly lady she was currently helping. Very unprofessional, and a total lack of customer service. There are plenty of other places to go with employees that won’t snap at you.

UPDATE: I have been waiting since August 28th for this store to locate my package or fix this issue, only to receive conflicting excuses and zero accountability. Because management has failed to take action, I am giving corporate and store leadership 72 hours from today to process my refund. If my refund is not issued within 72 hours, I will be filing a formal police report for missing property/theft with local law enforcement and turning over all documented communications. I strongly encourage every other local resident who has had returns vanish from this location to file a police report as well. If you drop off Amazon or UPS packages at this Staples location, be aware that your items may never reach their destination and corporate will offer zero accountability. I dropped off an expensive return in a bright neon-pink bag at this store, and tracking still shows it was never scanned into the system. Since then, customer service has given me endless conflicting information-first claiming it was found, then claiming it was lost, then shifting responsibility to Amazon, and now informing me it will take up to 30 days to process a refund while my package remains completely unaccounted for. This is not an isolated incident. Dozens of local residents in our area have reported identical experiences with lost packages and missing return logs from this store. Until management fixes their drop-off procedures and security measures, take your returns elsewhere where you are guaranteed proper logging and automatic receipts. Protect your money and go somewhere reliable.
