- RTR T2 days ago1.0I brought two Amazon returns to the store with the barcodes on my phone. The woman at the counter stated flat out that I would need to pay for the label to be printed as well as each box to be packaged. I've returned Amazon items there many times over the recent years, and never had to do this. So instead, I drove home and called Amazon where the representative assured me with no uncertainty that they were supposed to handle it the way they have for every other package I took there. So I had the return location changed to Staples, where everything went as usual. The UPS store chain won't see me again.

I gave you 4 stars because some of the workers don't seem to know how to smile. But this is a very pleasant visit going there. They get it done.
