I filled out an individual box form and got random people's mail and my mail just came to my house. Asked for a refund and was met with utter disgust and then was told I never filled a form out when I filled out two

Skinny guy in his mid to late 30's - Rude, incompetent, ignorant, and more concerned with telling customers about his bad day and that he can't wait to go on vacation at the end of the day. Worst post office experience I've had in my entire 58 years of life. Had a post office box for two weeks while having marital issues. Filled out change of address paperwork for individual, not family. App showed receipt of mail from people I don't even know, then mail from other family members. Never opened the box until after 2 weeks. Asked for my money back (3 month prepaid), she said no, "you have a box don't you?". Told her and showed her the mail images on the App. Told her I haven't even opened the box yet to check. She opened it, came out and asked what I did with the mail?!?! Almost fell over it was such a ridiculous question. The look she gave when I asked her what she did with the mail!! Oh well, lost that 70.00. Worst post office, worst staff, worst customer service ever. Post master had left early for the day. Not that she would have been any more helpful. Attitude like that always trickles down from the top.

Never had any issues on any of my visits from buying stamps, shipping boxes, picking up mail or boxes, or dropping off letters. Faster service than Lakewood!
