- MMMiiAug 21, 20261.0Ever since Mrs Kelly left this place has gone down hill! Cindy acts like she has no mental capacity, and so does the other little pony tail lady. I’ve had this post office box for 10 years and for the last 5 years I’ve had a problem! I complain complain complain and I get ran around with no help! They take advantage of the fact that everything is done over the phone and by the time you even speak to someone you have another problem. My mail is always being sent back with no justification, I’ve been paying for a post box and can’t receive my mail nor do I get any credits or any kind of help! I’m so fed up I know this is how you get heard! Reviews so here I am!

Sometimes the line can move a little slow, but overall they’re helpful and the service is solid. It’s a convenient spot for sending packages or picking things up, and I appreciate that they’re patient even when it gets busy.
