- SNSue Norman1 day ago5.0First time using this post office. They were professional and very hopeful when I mailed my documents. Yes, would frequent the post office again.
- P3Percy 33 days ago1.0FIRST OFF, I rarely leave reviews for companies unless it is a good review. However, after years of selling items and using the postal service to deliver I can say that Westerville's two locations have lost packages, envelopes and delayed scanning items by days and even weeks many many MANY times. I am unsure if it is the entire USPS system or just these two local locations. But Uncle Sam and Aunt Sally need to get their crap together. It really is unacceptable in this day's era of tech and efficiency.

Say goodbye to that item because you're never getting it. Maybe I should apply for a job at this location and rack up for Christmas.

Went inside to explain my situation to a person named Rawat and he bluntly said I will not honor if you don’t come within next few mins regardless of the outside situation . I really felt that was very stupidity by not understanding the situation at all, I somehow managed to come inside with the baby
