- MBM BigelowAug 17, 20261.0Worst customer service ever. To the employee, (lady with braids) she looked like she hates her job. Short answers almost like Im stupid! I left without doing any business with them. Shameful

I needed a box to ship my items... asked for cheapest box... once again employee just sat there and said "any box not marked priority"... once again this place was completely empty... just sat there as I struggled to look at their randomly scattered mailing supplies... she stated..." you seem like you are frustrating yourself "... no i wax frustrated with the lack of assistance... furthermore the office wanted to tickle and dime everything including tape... thank goodness for the dollar general next door.. they were more helpful than the post office for mailing my package... employee was then surprised I left a bad review upon checking out. Zero assistance, zero guidance, zero customer service...employee seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help.

She did not seem willing to answer my questions or provide guidance. I was disappointed with the customer service and hope management can address this issue and provide better support for customers. I won’t recommend this location to anyone!!! No one wants to be treated bad!

There's someone back there scanning but the window is closed. Online and the government pages say this is supposed to be open. Thank you Trumps America!

And then the person working made sure I knew that she would need to start counting her money over because I interrupted her. Maybe don’t count the money before you’re supposed to close. Very disappointing when I went out of my way to come here
