- MFMindie Fish3 days ago1.0Amazon said my package was being held at the USPS Carrier Office in West Liberty, Ohio. I had the image of that message from Amazon on my phone and showed the worker. She was adamant that she did not have it. The bad rating comes from her attitude and rude disposition. She asked me why I asked again, I told her I need my package. She said that’s great but I don’t have it and said she didn’t understand why I asked her again. I told her, because I can read. Very frustrating and I still don’t have my package. This office could be such a blessing to our community… however, bad customer service makes me dread having to go to this office. It’s pretty sad when mailing or receiving packages are a stressful event because of customer service.
