- CEClaire EggertJun 29, 20265.0The West Chester location of USPS is by far the most efficient experience I've ever had mailing packages. I stop by every morning to drop off a good number of boxes and such. They are always friendly and get people through the line quickly.

This is the third time this year from 2 different Post Office that they've lost my mail. And my taxes were included in one of the mailings, so disheartening. Had to take replacement mail to u p s to make sure of delivery
- TATracy AJun 1, 20265.0I stopped by this post office around 5:45pm on a Monday afternoon. It was a little bit out my way as I typically go to either the Hamilton or Fairfield post office. I tried this one because the other post offices closed at 5:00. The customer service at the end of the work day was refreshing and really appreciated. I was greeted kindly and was planning to mail off two packages in recycled large Amazon bags to CA. The cost would have been at least $75 to mail, but the gentleman that assisted me put them in a box (for free!) and saved me at a minimum of $30. I will be coming to this post office from now on.
