- SWStephanie WhitmanSep 28, 20263.0In 2026, the United States Postal Service post office in Wauseon, Ohio appears to be outdated, and the program should be progressing with current standard office functions. I can recognize that some technological fluency has been adopted into the program, though much of the office seems to function as I remember it from the early 2000s. This leads me to my concern that the United States Postal Service post office in Wauseon, Ohio, is not maintained to a national standard. The office does not have the necessary equipment to print a shipping label at the post office. A shipping label machine is a standard device that would be used regularly, and it is a function that is offered at most USPS post offices.
- SASarah AschlimanJun 8, 20262.0Only complaint, they have a tendency to be rude and not follow the rules and policies listed on their website.

- JKJohnny KnoxMar 4, 20221.0Ordered a rug through Amazon. It was being shipped via USPS from Illinois. It sat for several days at the Wauseon post office. Then today it made its way to Detroit. But the thing is, I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana! It's going the wrong way! Apparently, the postal workers here can't read!
