We got the cards back with a note from the delivery person saying this is not allowed and to mail the card appropriately. Really?? Give me a royal Christmas break!!! We have had a lot of trouble with our deliveries over the years. All reported to local post office management. He actually laughed at this one! Addition/Update to previous review... Here we go again! This time I made a formal complaint to the USPS Service Request for the ongoing mail carrier issues. He/She has damaged our mail box several times from the carrier shoving oversized packages and mail into rural regulation sized mail box. Damages to packages and/or mail. Annoying difficulties getting purchased damaged items replaced. I have photos!! Will post if I can.

Under her name, there was a forwarding address. Instead of looking at the first name, they looked at the last name and sent my package to the forwarding address. I went into the post office after finding out on my package tracking that my package was delivered to another address. I explained the situation and asked what they could do to get my package. The short bald man that I'm assuming was in charge, became irate! Said there was nothing he could do and that I was to get out of the office. I asked him for a corporate number to call because of how rude and unwilling he was to help me. Very rude service i was very disappointed!! Still with no answers on how ill be getting my package where ever it is.
