- RFRich FarmerOct 16, 20251.0Packages rarely or never show up, way past expected date. First class mail the carrier dont even attempt delivery to the door, they just put a note in the box saying they missed us when we are clearly home. Just absolutely ridiculous.

This year my carrier can thank Brooke for not getting a tip. She is extremely rude. The tip is for great service throughout the year. Brooke does not give great service. Not even subpar. She's very rude and disrespectful and knows exactly what happens when she's no where to be found. Kudos for losing the tip for your driver this year. I'll give the extra to UPS, mind you, they never complain about delivering my packages. ( Sorry I order often online and this causes you to have a bad day Brooke. 🙄)

They will not honor their appointment and will blame the Post Master for not training anyone to do this service. This was a service they offered about a year ago, but have since stopped. If you need passport service I suggest either Athens or Belpre location.
