- JHJames H6 days ago5.0There’s a gentleman who works there, Pedro, who is extraordinarily helpful. Valley City is not my local post office, but I go out of my way to because he is the most competent, and friendly, person I’ve come across at the post office. I highly recommend him, specifically.

Super helpful, patient, and goes above and beyond. He’s a breath of fresh air, especially with so many incompetent people nowadays in the workforce. Now, if he is not the one working and it’s a woman, RUN! You will not be getting the same 5 star service.
