I get a picture of my mail in my email via informed delivery... and Everytime I get that picture it should be in my mailbox same day as usual but is not. Puts mail on top of old mailboxes we don’t use anymore. Loses mail and delivers at way later date. How hard is it to sort mail and deliver it to an address? My mother does it every day with no problems. Postmaster is rude when you question things. Now they have there phone off the hook so it doesn’t ring. Because they know there incompetent.
