  This location is further from my home but I always go to it because of the employees . It hard to find good customer service these days but Josh and Keon are a great example of how customer service is done. Both greeted me with a smile on their faces when I walked in . They were friendly and professional which made my day. Both are an asset to this location! Highly recommend this store.

  Easy to scan prepaid packages. UPS service usually more reliable than USPS.

  I am extremely!!!! upset with UPS customer service!!!! I shipped a very Special Easter package to my daughter and it was to be delivered on Tuesday, 4.7.26 for my daughter who was to be home that day to receive the package. I picked 4.7.26 directly that my daughter would be home she works late other days of the week. UPS shipped it early on 4.6.26 when my daughter wasn't home. UPS didn't confirm secure delivery of our package at my daughter's home address. Confirmed by my daughter it never arrived. UPS is saying it did arrive. It clearly didn't arrive properly. UPS now will not refund my money by after I was told to fill out a claim by my Upper Arlington UPS store and UPS claims agent that it was lost and did not reach my recepient (daughter.) Really poor and horrible customer service!!!!. I have used this store location for years shipping packages and very happy with this store.T his is the first time UPS has failed me!!!! I will not ever ship by UPS ever again!!!!

  Customer service was very good had the supplies needed to ship multiple packages. And was patient while setting up for shipment.

  The best UPS store around. Every time I have gone in the employees are friendly and most of all extremely helpful.
