  I had a wonderful experience with the UPS manager in training Keon Black. He was professional, patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. He is a great reflection of UPS and will make an outstanding manager. UPS is fortunate to have him! He has made my relationship with this location a benefit to my business!

  Scammers. They are sending out notices to charge people to get a copy of UCC filings on their property and it is free through the Secretary of States office. Do not send them money. They need to be investigated.

  I quit shipping my packages at the post office because of bad experiences and came over to this store and will use them for everything that needs shipped. Everyone working at this store has given me good service and always have a good attitude and very helpful. Today Keon Black was a big help to me and has such a sunny personality and so good-natured. He's a multitasker an excellent at customer service. I see that he is a manager in training and you picked the right man for that definitely.   Keon was very friendly and helpful! I had to ship an item with weird dimensions and he made me a custom box!

  Always my UPS of choice in the area. The manager Keon is always super helpful! He was very patient with me when their internet was having issues and I needed to ship something internationally. It got delivered to my coworkers in just two days too! I also like that they made Amazon returns faster by adding a self serve return station.
