- SDStacy DavisAug 8, 20265.0I live in Utah and was sending a package to a friend in Ohio. It got delayed for a ridiculously long time in Indianapolis. When I had the postal service look into it, James, who is the postmaster at Urichsville post office, called me to help with the whole mess. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He ranks in the top two customer service experiences I have had in my entire life. He was unfailingly cheerful, super knowledgeable, didn’t ever make me feel like he was too busy (even though it took several calls and conversations to sort it out) and he genuinely cared about resolving the situation, which was not at ALL of his making. I cannot say enough good about his help in the whole experience. If every postal employee was a little bit more like James, holy cow, the entire USPS would be in tip top shape before you know it!
