- BRBenita RichardsonApr 22, 20261.0My 14 year old son has been ordering packages from Amazon. Sometimes he walks down to post office on tremainsville to return if they don't work out. He went on 4-20 the gave him tape to reseal package. On 4-21He went to return another package .He called me because they told him they couldn't give him tape and they closed at 5 it was 4:50. "Monica" was so rude the way she spoke to him and i, the look on her face , body language and the tone of her voice. I asked to speak to a manager. A woman named Jennifer came out. It seemed as if Monica was Jennifer's boss with no integrity. I asked Monica to please stop speaking while I was speaking to her boss. She wanted to go back and forth.She said I'm speaking to him I said he's 14 years old. Stop speaking to him. Jennifer was no help at all. Told me they couldn't, it says it on the front door. I had to purchase tape but it was only 3.99. it's not about saying no or paying 3.99. How could we treat people and especially under age children that are trying to be independent this way. I told him in front of them you have nice people and rude people. Monica hates her job how could you guys put her up there in the front to represent the post office?

No resolution after 3 weeks called again and spoke to a Jennifer who was super unpleasant. Tried to get off the phone saying someone would get back to me without taking any of my information. Not impressed with their customer service or caliber of their employees.
