Truthfully, post office visits at any location can be hit or miss, but I would drive out of my way for service like this!! Highly recommended!!

I forgot and mailed both my letter as well as the receipt and lo and behold the Reynolds Corner post office returned my receipt which I mistakenly mailed out. This action made me feel blessed that there are indeed very gracious and hard working people in our community.

- RSRonald SmieszekApr 18, 20261.0If we could put a rating of negative five that would be much more accurate. Customer service, it would be more accurate to call it customer disservice. After vacation we went to the Sylvania post office to pick up our mail as we have since we've had our po box. We were informed all our mail had been returned, all our mail. We asked didn't they have our po box contact information, after less than a minute they returned with their filed document with our telephone number and email address, so the Sylvania post office customer service doesn't call, text or email the customer, they return all the customer's mail, this is how they take care of the customer, this is an insult, a punch in the gut, a knife in the back, cursed. How could anyone trust the post office after that treatment of the customer? Now, after posting on a social media, today the post office calls us, not before, before they sent all our mail back, they could of called us and we would have told them, when we return from our vacation we will pick up our mail, but no, they chose to send all our mail back, that is their customer service.
