- SYSteve YerianSep 25, 20261.0Absolutely abysmal. I run a business that ships orders everywhere and twice these folks got it wrong. A porcelain doll was shipped. The post office stated it weighed 38 pounds. The receipt they gave me stated 3 pounds. It was delayed a week bc of this post office Supreme incompetence. It was one week before it made it to Grove city. 60 miles away. Then I get charged 90 dollars on my business account for a 38 pound 18 inch porcelain doll with a plastic body. I of course have appealed it and have to wait 15 days. I will never see my money back it's gone. Nobody from USPS CARES. Twice from this location I have been screwed. The time before it was supposedly a 94 pound wicker picnic basket. Seriously it's ridiculous. The postal carrier can't even drop packages at my house. They just leave it at a barn over the hill. Or even leaning against a fence post my neighbor found. Fedex and Amazon seem to be able to drive the 200 yards up the hill to my house. Do better bc honestly none of you would work for me. 94 pound wicker basket....just ridiculous.

I had SUCH a great experience, John was extremely kind and helpful, despite me showing up close to closing time. Parking was easy, everything was easy to access and the transaction was super quick. I'll happily drive to The Plains to ship all of my packages from now on!

- TWTheresa WorkmanSep 9, 20255.0I've deliver about 2-3 packages a month and every time I go here I'm always welcomed by a staff worker, who are very helpful and patient with me and all my random questions. They are hardly ever busy so I'm always in and out within 5 minutes or less. They close for an hour everyday between 11:30-12:30. I'm assuming it's for their lunch. It would be nice if they stayed open later maybe one or two evenings during the week. But other than that I have no complaints about the post office. Keep up the good work!
