- JWJames WrightSep 7, 20261.0Tge keep charging more for less. The concentration on package delivery still falls short since tgey refuse to follow delivery instructions. When manager was confronted on losses, her answer was, "Get a PO Box!" Expected govt gobbledygook not caring about the customer! And now they charge more than the for profit carriers! Scott, beam me up!!!
- SWSusie WillowSep 19, 20201.0Lady locked herself out the computer and told us it would be 10 mins before she could log back on and 30 mins later I asked her if she could try again and she said hang on for 5 more mins and referred me to leave and go to Campbell. She then proceeded to tell us that she wanted to wait 5 more mins. Needless to say after everyone left but me and 1 other customer she came back up and tried log on and it worked. Horrible service!! Don’t tell your customers you can log on in 10 mins then have us wait 35 mins!! We got to hear how it’s Saturday and it was her day off but got called in and didn’t want to be there. So not only she didn’t want to be there while alone she didn’t want us to be there either!! Poland post office isn’t any better so we are surrounded by federal workers who are overpaid and lazy. I guess the more you make the less you feel you should have to work!
