The employee assisting me was unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. The store also appeared messy and disorganized. After reading other reviews, I noticed that several customers reported similar issues. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the customer experience.
- GGGabbyMay 23, 20262.016 people in line with 2 people working. 1 person actually helping customers while the other is repackaging Amazon packages. Read the room and help out your customers, so we aren’t all standing in line for over 30 minutes!!!!! The person helping customers shouldn’t have to ask for the others help when there is that many people in line and everyone knows it!!!

They want $4.30 to print a UPS label. I left and will take it somewhere else. All we have is our boycott ability by not giving money to people/businesses who make poor decisions.
