  Seriously Strongsville needs another UPS stores cause I am done going to this one. I am new to the area and went to this UPs to ship packages, first time I was there, a long line, the staff there was not helpful at all and unfriendly, few of us were waiting for over 10 mins, I just need them to scan a bar code for shipping so I had to wait in line then there is a guy came after us he got his bar code scanned because it was a Amazon package. He even looked at us felt bad probably, seriously?! Then went there again the staff again was very cold and unfriendly. Now I am trying to avoid going here maybe just go to a different location. I don’t need this, why these people still have a job while some others are looking for jobs might have better attitude?!come on let’s go to another one!!

  Was charged for a UPS bag when the store manager was the one who told me to grab it and failed to tell me that it cost money until I had already closed it shut with a line of people behind me. My stuff was already in a bag. Poor customer service will not be back to this location.

  Was charged 3 times the amount for certified mail services from UPS than what I paid for the next day at the post office. I paid extra for my package to arrive in 2 business days and today, 4 business days later, it is still not there. When I contacted both UPS and the individual store, I was told it’s not their problem and could not give me a refund.(the package shipped from the post office 3 days later has already been delivered).

  Dear UPS, please explain why it costs $4.00 to print a shipping label versus printing any other document being pennys This is a rip off and it should be reported, I hope this gets regulated and you get served for it. Disgusting
