My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly. But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver! Thanks so much!

Now they say the handheld device they use crashes all the time. And he told me to come back to the store. I don't live near there, I assumed they could handle the task.
