  AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Hands down the WORST business in the Tri-State area. Had my son OVERNIGHT a package to me but THEY printed out the wrong label causing it to go to California instead of NC. Tried blaming me, i sent my son the wrong label; then tried my son but was able to prove them wrong since my son Only had the 1 Correct label. They portray they can't help or access any info & want you to call UPS customer service to fix their screw up; well CS gave them up said no they have access to the exact same system we use & there was no reason they couldn't have corrected their own mistake. Then act like he's doing me a favor by using what's called a package intercept: UPS's own protocol to correct situations like the one they're good at causing. All signs pointed that it was going to be corrected but once Dave the actual store manager started ghosting me, refusing my calls when you could hear him tell the girl "I'm not here", has yet to call me back despite MANY times my wife & I called them I'm pretty sure the wrong package was intercepted deliberately. I hate to think that way but it's literally been 3 weeks since the intercept & over a month since i bought my label; No refund of ANY kind not the $83 for the label they never printed nor the $195 for the package itself. Go to Weirton Rental on Penn Ave. This is what i get for using the Steubenville UPS store: blamed, lied to, & ultimately: RIPPED OFF!!! Not even worth the 1 star! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

  The clerks were really helpful and hands on. Even though they were really busy, they kept their cool even when dealing with demanding customers.

  Ashland was the name of the customer service person working there she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Give this girl a raise or promotion, or whatever you reward your best customers with. Staff at UPs in Tallmadge extremely helpful. Thank you

  I took a very large rug for return to the Steubenville, OH store. It was purchased on Amazon, but from anIt was purchased on Amazon, but from a third-party vendor. I had no idea that I would have to pay for that. After the clerk told me the price to send this item back she was amazing at giving me advice on calling Amazon to get help. Not only Did these clerks help me get the help I needed from Amazon?. They took my item by dolly back to my car and put it in the trunk for me. The three clerks working there were Kim, John, and Carly. Honestly, they couldn’t have been more friendly and nice. I asked if there was anything I can do for them for all of their kindness , And Kim suggested I might ask if she can have a wine and cheese bar at the office lol. Excellent experience!
