Was very rudely told that I must call the company who wrongly sent the package or pay UPS to have them return it. The package is going in the trash now 🤷‍♀️ Sucks for whoever was meant to get it but they can blame UPS for their horrible customer service. I should not have to go out of my way to fix UPS’s and the package sender’s mistake, nor should I have to pay for it. Thats what I get for trying to be a good samaritan!

They never seem to know about where abouts of my package after I dropped it off at their store. The tracking number shows it is at the drop off store and hasn’t been picked up yet by ups. They always say We don’t know “ and they don’t seem to care.
