Had to drop off an Amazon return. There was a new guy that just started, very friendly and helpful.

This store is always awesome! Fast efficient and helpful. We have done everything here: shipping, returns, printing, scanning, passport photos, you name it. Thanks for all your hard work.

Deb and her team are absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even during the remodel, they continued to give 100% exceptional customer service. The store's remodel looks wonderful: a fresh new look with the same smiling faces that I look forward to seeing each time I stop in.
This place is well ran and always a pleasant interaction. Deb is always welcoming and helpful. I have never been at a UPS that is more friendly and efficient. She meets everyone with a smile, makes sure the package is appropriate with the label, and always make sure I know about their other services. She saw me struggling with an Amazon return on the self kiosk once and zoomed right over to help. She is efficient. Everyone at this place is great, but she is a constant there and it’s great to see her behind the counter.

Deb at the UPS Store deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own holiday.
I walked in looking like I had just lost a fight with a cardboard box and a roll of tape. Deb took one look at my “packing job,” gently set it aside, and saved the situation like a seasoned professional. What would have taken me 45 minutes and three emotional breakdowns, she handled in about 90 seconds.
She’s fast, efficient, and somehow manages to be genuinely friendly while dealing with people who clearly Googled “how NOT to ship something” right before walking in (me).
If UPS has a secret MVP list, Deb is at the top. If not, they should start one immediately.
10/10 would trust Deb with all future shipping-related life crises.
